Yesterday, Chef Corey Carter of Boston Chops joined Pine Street's iCaterBoston trainees to instruct them in the art of hand-cutting New York strip steaks & sous vide cooking techniques. Learning how to handle & prepare specific cuts of protein is crucial for these future chefs.
