Earlier this week the EU reached a provisional deal on a new law to cut packaging waste and ban single-use plastics, such as supermarket bags for fruit and mini hotel shampoo bottles in hotels in an attempt to curb the spiraling rise of plastic packaging.

Last November, we launched our 2023 Impact report. Over 89 million worldwide took steps to reduce 240 million kgs of single-use plastic. Our global community has achieved remarkable progress against plastic pollution.
