Rested in a Longmorn ex-bourbon barrel. The Speyside Whisky was spicy with ginger and black pepper, fruit forward with peachy stone fruit and rounded out with vanilla notes.

Having rested in a cherry liqueur barrel the notes are exactly as you'd want - deep, rich and sweet cherry in abundance! This will develop over time & is excellent to drink now.

This imperial stout has been resting in a Bourbon barrel. The whisky was sweet with vanilla and oak and a touch of cacao. It will develop over time but this is excellent to drink now.
