Life can be filled with contradictions, frustrated desires, broken dreams, and lost friendships. Yet, the Resurrection of Jesus allows us to believe that all will be redeemed. #EasterSeason

In the #GospelOfTheDay (Jn 20:19-31), the Risen One appears to the disciples and shows them His wounds, which have become channels of mercy and forgiveness. The disciples see that life prevails with Jesus as death and sin are defeated. #Easter

Tomorrow is #DivineMercy Sunday. May we never doubt God’s love for us, but rather entrust our lives and the world to the Lord with trust and perseverance. Let us ask Him for a just #Peace for those nations that are martyred by war.

The joy of the Gospel consists in this: that God loves us with tenderness and mercy. We are called to make this joyful message resound throughout the world, testifying to it with our lives. May everyone discover the beauty of the love of God manifested in Jesus.

Jesus was not risen only for Himself, but for all of us. He redeemed all the happiness which has remained unfulfilled in our lives. Faith casts out fear, and Christ’s resurrection removes sadness, just as the stone was removed from the tomb.
