We are excited to see our new Safehaven Marine pilot launch ‘Solas’ in the water for sea trials. ‘Solas’ (meaning light in Irish) and a name chosen by a Port of Cork family member as part of a competition will replace the 'Glean Mor', which has served the Port of Cork well.

Passengers onboard cruise ship Le Boréal were greeted by a basking shark on their journey through Cork Harbour today. 🛳👋🏻

If you look closely, you can spot the shark's fin in the water below. 🦈
