NEW FOSTER NEEDED ASAP.

We pulled this guy out of the New York Animal Care Centers a couple of weeks ago for a seeming 'normal' person, but that since has changed.

Lingon was a stray that was brought to the shelter. At the shelter it was evident that he wasn't doing well.
