Beautifully written and thought provoking. IMO auditory-verbal hallucinations require the belief that it is possible to have AVHs! The phenomenal quality of AVHs evolves from initially, external and voice-like to something different (a thought? eves-dropping a conversation?)

What i see coming based on Alzheimer precedents is a lot of older folk with pseudoParkinsonisn and a positive synuclein test being put on L-DOPA to which they will have no response and some adverse reactions. Let us stop this before it happens because it is malpractice
