It was only an early initial meeting. My understanding is that the group is still forming.

Doctoral study is really challenging for experienced clinical pharmacists (8a/8b) and techs. Realistically full salary PhDs are required; a stipended PhD is not likely to be practical. But these full salary PhDs are very competitive and developing the application takes time.

I agree. All clinicians need protected time for research but easier said than done in the current climate. #chiefpharmacists are key.
