Amazing final few hours of #RaceforRecipients and The Royal Wolverhampton NHS Trust 🏥 and Countess of Chester Hospital NHS Foundation Trust have hit the 7000km team milestone to represent those waiting for a life saving transplant… incredible effort everyone!!
