We agree – the Government must do more on the #buildingsafety crisis, and re-adopt a ‘polluter pays’ policy, focusing on making developers and cladding manufacturers pay for a crisis they created, rather than pinning liability on innocent groups.

Abolishing #leasehold won’t reduce maintenance costs or resolve #BuildingSafety issues. It will only make residents responsible for remediation and liable for building maintenance; vital that leaseholders fully understand the consequences of abolition.
