DEI is constantly changing in this country, but NGP remains committed to the ideals that we started this organization with.

Congratulations to the Next Gen Pediatricians mentees on a successful year! We are so proud of you and are excited to call you pediatric colleagues!

This endeavor would be impossible w/o the mentors and leaders who keep this program going and growing four years later.

It sucks to realize you had a boundary by realizing you overstepped it. Ugh! Lesson learned even if a bit tearfully.
