Not surprising, but Institute for Fiscal Studies's new report shows the fiscal tests to return #UKaid to 0.7% won't now be met in 2023-24, as there'll continue to be a deficit (see chart).

It also highlights large uncertainty for a 2024-25 budget surplus.
