Contd .Then there should be common training of all at one academy for 6 months followed by remaining training at their respective academies.this will go a long way in achieving best coordination amongst all services

There should be only one entrance examination after class 12 for candidates with age between 17-20 yrs for NDA,IIT,NEET,civil services ,allied services and all other services with one common general paper and other papers special to their streams.

All three services of the armed forces should have similar uniforms with same rank badges with service name written on sleeves like ARMY ,AIRFORCE and NAVY.This would facilitate rank recognition ,develop comraderi,promote better services coordination

No other govt service other than armed forces advertise to lure youth to join .Services have become less lucrative .Only better promotion policy can improve the situation
