@MensDayOutIndia Why data is needed to make a law gender neutral is my question. Law should be same for everyone irrespective of gender , religion and caste.

We have seen that in India policemen bows head in front of local gundas on busy road then what to say about abusive Young women in India , all are afraid of them 🙂
