Had a great time canvassing 📋 with Mayor Ravinder S. Bhalla. Folks were fired up & ready to vote for progress!
I'm calling on Governor Phil Murphy to use his authority to veto the adoption of NJ TRANSIT’s unconscionable 15% transit fare hike.
It makes no sense to adopt hikes when actively considering adopting a corporate business tax that could generate a large portion of the revenue needed.
Congratulations to my friend Joe Quintero for being named the new Chair of Hoboken Democratic Party.
Looking forward to working with you to elect strong Democrats and deliver big progress for our city.
Enjoyed Vaisakhi at the local gurdwara in Jersey City! We were honored to be joined by James Solomon, Joyce Watterman, and John Allen as the sangat (congregation) celebrated and reaffirmed a shared commitment to justice, community, and seva (selfless service) to humanity.
Thank you to Mayor Ravinder S. Bhalla and the #Hoboken city council for supporting a protected multi use lane on the viaduct. Thank you Emily Jabbour, Councilperson-At-Large for contributing to this video.

This is spot on.
It makes zero sense to adopt a 15% increase that becomes 30% in a few years.
All when the corporate business tax - backed by the Governor - could be adopted and provide much of the needed revenue for NJ TRANSIT.
The Gov should veto this decision.
