Heh, wouldn't be first time Portland played a 'home' game in Kent. I announced Portland v. Spokane, 3/21/2021 (weird Covid season) - played TNT after a goal and everything. Winterhawks originally were going to play all home games in Kent, but state of Oregon updated Covid rules.

Tonight was the first ever Seattle Thunderbirds game I attended at accesso ShoWare that I haven't worked. In fact, this was the first home game since 2001 that I haven't worked. It was nice to be back on the mic, even if only for a moment. Felt good. Thanks for the love!

IMO, these are without question the best uniforms the Portland Winterhawks have ever produced and for me, easily a top-10 WHL all-timer. I hope these become a part of their regular rotation.
