As someone who owns a Nikon P1000, STFU. Nobody's trying to 'hide the truth' by discontinuing a super zoom camera. If that was their goal, they would ban all telescopes that put the P1000 to shame. Such a ban is clearly not in place, because I recently upgraded. Pics provided. 😏
