First UK court judgment on GPS tagging of migrants has been handed down.

The court found that the #HomeOffice breached the rights of a man on a GPS ankle tag by failing to conduct lawful or timely reviews.

Our research shows that over 623 reviews are outstanding as of July 2023

As the court heard, and as commonly happens, Bah was forced to pilot the boat by smugglers. Gangs aren't risking their lives, just other people's. Targeting those seeking asylum doesn't stop gangs. It just creates more victims.
