. @realbugsycat Sky News 2. Now if the UK govt was intending to institute more support for disabled people to start work then that is one thing. But the history of the Conservatives for 14 years has been to shut down such existing services (see the Remploy factories), so please forgive my cynicism.

They operated Remploy scheme years ago to help create jobs for disabled people & decided to scrap that as the govt employees running it didn't understand business.
The only thing they understand is how to screw people over. Hence this is their focus.
