Cobwebs and crystals: I had to clear some cerebral cobwebs first, but I remembered how to calculate an anion gap; it was 32! Young homeless female, nausea/vomiting/AKI (Cr 7). Oxalate nephropathy. She admitted drinking ethylene glycol. Tubular vacuoles and polarizing crystals.
