Today is my 28th birthday and the end of 75 Hard.

My life has changed in 75 days. I worked out everyday for 75 days, quit alcohol and smoking, started eating healthy and found my faith in Jesus again.

At the end of 75 Hard (2 months and 2 weeks), I have lost 10.2kg.
