The PPP Flexibility Act passed in the House today which:

✅ extends PPP to 12/31
✅ extends forgiveness coverage from 8 to 24 weeks
✅ increases forgiveness from 25 to 40% on non-payroll expenses
✅ extends loan terms from 2 to 5 years
✅ ensures access to payroll tax deferment
