For the first time, I voted against the rule. I did so to prevent supplemental spending totaling $95 BILLION in “foreign aid” from passing. The uniparty has again protected everyone but American citizens.

I just joined with my fellow impeachment managers to deliver Articles of Impeachment against Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas to the Senate. Mayorkas has willfully and systematically violated federal immigration laws. He must be tried and convicted.

Operators should not be forced to fund the BLM through Expression of Interest fees for leases they aren’t awarded, and the BLM shouldn’t be paid if they continue refusing to do their job as assigned by Congress. My bill, H.R. 7375 addresses this issue.

I voted NO on FISA 702 reauthorization today. It is a violation of the Fourth Amendment to our Constitution for the government to conduct warrantless searches of American citizens.

If catching the government violating the Constitution and our civil liberties isn’t the time for significant FISA 702 reform, then when is?
