The CT Water Environment Association was in DC to advocate for improved water quality & infrastructure.

From droughts & flooding, repairs to sewer distribution lines, limiting toxic chemicals in water, I am working to ensure every community has access to clean drinking water.

#BlackMaternalHealth Week is a week of awareness & action to change the state of #BlackMaternalHealth . I am committed to addressing disparities in maternal health & improving equitable access to care for pregnant women in Connecticut & across the nation.

Today, I testified before House Veterans' Affairs Democrats to garner support for my bill, the Caring for Survivors Act. This legislation would ensure surviving spouses get the benefits their loved ones have earned.
