On Tuesday, Dawn Goodwin & Tania Aubid will be in Aitkin County court in MN, for standing against Line 3 tar sands in Ojibwe treaty lands. On Wednesday, I’m up.

We were all charged by mail, we are all Ojibwe women. Criminalized as the real criminals destroy the earth.

Police blockade of Indigenous-led camp protesting Enbridge's Line 3 was ruled unlawful in court today. Hubbard County targeted activists & illegally prevented access to Camp Namewag, part of Giniw Collective's resistance to the Line 3 pipeline.

Remember when Hubbard County blocked our camp’s driveway and started ticketing people while relentlessly surveilling and harassing us? The court ruled what they did was illegal.

The biggest taker of Enbridge funds: Minnesota’s Department of Natural Resources, who billed $2.2M to turn its ‘conservation officers’ into a small army protecting a tar sands pipeline drilling thru 800+ wetlands, 200 water bodies.

We remember. We were there.

Enbridge Resist Line 3 At least 10 police agencies in Minnesota took huge money from Enbridge to target Indigenous peoples peacefully protesting the company's pipeline. About 200 of those arrested still face criminal charges one year later.

Excellent reporting by Jennifer Bjorhus and Star Tribune.

BREAKING: Pipeline company Enbridge spent almost $10m to buy off Minnesota police forces who arrested hundreds of Indigenous peoples at Line 3. Who gave the fossil fuel industry the right to buy public cops?

Shocking and revolting. Resist Line 3
