It's almost like nothing has changed.
A slightly awkward moment during the House of Lords journalism hearing yesterday. I didn't mean to look 'very annoyed'...
But: I think we can only fix local news if we are honest about how broken it is. You can't stop the fire if you refuse to admit the house is burning.
Today is International Day for Palestinian Journalists.
Four months since the start of the war in Gaza, 100 journalists – the equivalent of 7 per week – have been killed.
We #SupportPalestinianJournalists & call for this targeting to end.
