2 and a half days plus 4 pieces of heavy equipment (not including the 3 gravel trucks) and 500+ tons of gravel later = 1 equipment pad for a very happy farmer. 🧑‍🌾 👍🇺🇸🇺🇸

I could have used one of these back when the ex and I were together.

I had a $20 coupon to one of our classier restaurants, Farwood so I put on my nice white t shirt and motored over. Had the Cajun pasta with shrimp, andouille sausage, in a mildly spicy sauce. My server Remy is a little sweetheart and takes good care of me. Classic rock playing.👍

A throwback Thursday then and now. Back in 1977 and now.

Chili mac. It’s what’s for dinner. Tonight, tomorrow night, the night after that, and maybe the night after that. Another reason why I don’t like to cook dinner for myself. I live alone and I always make enough to last for days.

Good morning everyone. They’re rededicating the old courthouse today, after a lengthy remodel. Lots of dignitaries coming, so I’ll be out on traffic control. I hope y’all have a wonderful Friday.

Back in the mid 70’s, this was a biker bar and I was a bartender. It’s being torn down and the local news is reporting on it. So I gave her this photo and a history lesson on the different names its had back in the day. Including that my mom was manager when it was Crossroads.

Our next project doesn’t start till Monday and tomorrow I’m working for the Sheriff’s Department, so today I’m chopping weeds at the shop.

My Aunt Rosie turned 87 today. This was 7 years ago on her 80th birthday. She rode with me 2 more times since then, but the last time she got off my new bike, she burned her leg on my exhaust. She said no more!

We had a pretty good turnout today for Charlie’s celebration of life ride. Great friend, great mechanic, great rider! Godspeed brother!
