🗣️'Let's make Glasgow air-mazing!'

That's the message health experts are sending this weekend as they pedal through the city, celebrating Glasgow's commitment to improving air quality, including the LEZ.

Lucy Reynolds is taking part in this Sunday's 'Ride for Their Lives'.

Dr Mark Hayden knows first hand how damaging toxic air can be: “Air pollution is a problem. It causes more diseases than you can poke a stick at.”

That’s why we did the #RideForTheirLives to show our support for the #ULEZexpansion . We’re glad to see it go into effect today!

As a children’s doctor I am celebrating that children in London will be able to breathe cleaner air. #ULEZ #ULEZ Expansion is an important step in the right direction protecting children’s health, which other highly polluted urban areas should follow.
