It was great to talk today at #ipc24 to share William’s story and the impact of the recent Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman #sepsis report. William died 10yrs ago when the Ombudsman published their first report. Unfortunately not much has changed in 10yrs…. We need to do better.
