We’ve extended waiving of long-distance and SMS charges to Israel, Gaza and the West Bank for Rogers, Fido and chatr customers to Nov. 30, 2023, and roaming charges for our customers there.

In response to the recent earthquake in Afghanistan, we are waiving long-distance and SMS charges to the country for all Rogers, Fido and chatr customers from Oct. 7-17, 2023.

Rogers is waiving long-distance and SMS charges to Israel, Gaza and the West Bank for Rogers, Fido and chatr customers from Oct. 7-31, 2023. Roaming charges for our customers there are also waived for that period.

To help Canadians stay connected to loved ones following the earthquake in Morocco, Rogers is temporarily waiving long-distance calls and SMS for Rogers, Fido and chatr customers to the country until Sept. 19, 2023.

Our hearts go out to those impacted by wildfires in B.C. We are supporting the Canadian Red Cross relief efforts by launching text-to-donate and matching all donations up to $50,000 until the end of August.  To make a $5 donation, text the word ROGERS to 20222.

Some customers in Nova Scotia communities evacuated due to wildfires may be experiencing an interruption to their wireless services. This includes Upper Tantallon, the Westwood Hills and Highland Park subdivisions, and the Hammonds Plains area. Please stay safe.
