Here’s Nurse after the game saying the referees ignored him as he called a timeout

Watch Nick Nurse! He very clearly called a timeout two separate times, refs didn’t grant either one. Whether Maxey was fouled doesn’t matter, not granting a clear timeout call twice cost the Sixers the game.

It’s no fun to complain about officiating, but come on. Brunson gets breathed on, it’s a foul all night. Maxey gets mauled (and calls a timeout), nothing. Embarrassing in a playoff game.
