He says that him - potentially (we do not know for sure yet) - not becoming prime minister is 'unconstitutional' and the last time was in 1912.

Today Leila Talani, Mati Rosina and I advised a group of employees of the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office on migration policy and politics. I learned so much from these two scholars and it was amazing to take part in an all-women expert panel (a wanel?😅😋)
