The Finance and Education Ministers can't agree when the decision was made to cut funding from 10 integrated schools.

But one thing is clear: whatever the spin, it *was* an Executive decision.

The UK Government gave them the freedom, and the Executive parties made the cut.

Executive parties have passed non-binding motions on everything from childcare costs to Lough Neagh, accompanied by videos and glossy minsiterial PR

When the Opposition asked when we will see actual legislation and spending plans we were told: there's no hurry.

There should be.

Council has agreed to my proposal to write to the Executive requesting proper regulation of AirBnBs and other short-term lets to protect communities and visitors to our city. I brought a motion on this during the last term, and with the Executive now back, it's time for action.

Asked First Minister if the Programme for Government would be published before summer recess…her last 6 words speak volumes: “Let’s not be in a hurry.” 🫠
