It was fantastic to be in Birmingham at the weekend to carry out a Brass Bands England BOPA inspection for Services For Education event. Great to meet the team and see so many young enthusiastic musicians performing to a packed auditorium in such a super venue!

Another day, another free musical event for one of our kids 🤣🎶 thanks to SFE Music. The 11yo’s band are playing in a competition in Cheltenham later, so I just dropped him off in town, from where they’ll take a coach. Easy ride on the cargo bike along the A38 Mobility Lane Users 🚴🛴🧑‍🦼🛹🛼 😎

What an incredible week it has been for Music at Boldmere: the Year 5's spectacular Easter Production, the Boldmere Ensemble's Royal Conservatoire performance and a range of instrumental performances (violinists, flautists and clarinetists) at our Easter church service!

On Wednesday we packed our QB Orchestra onto the No 50 and went to perform in the wonderful Royal Birmingham Conservatoire as part of SFE Music gala concerts. They performed some really challenging repertoire to close the whole show - well done! #QBArts
