Excellent to catch up with AndyKerr. It was great to hear about his work on rehabilitation and the brilliant on-going work in Wishaw where a rehabilitation area has been set up to support their local stroke community.

On Friday I visited the Stroke Rehab Centre at University of Strathclyde

It was great to see the pioneering work on stroke rehabilitation led by Dr Andy Kerr and supported by Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland

This sort of rehabilitation can help patients in their recovery and improve their lives.

A heart-breaking read. It’s unacceptable that John is at a disadvantage because of the lower chances of finding a well-matched unrelated donor for people of Jamaican heritage.

We must work harder to provide equity of access to treatments.
