Life update: My husband and I are overjoyed to announce the birth of our baby girl! Maci Annalise Lowry was born on March 18, 2024 weighing 9lbs 4oz of pure perfection. We are so excited for this next chapter of our lives and want to thank everyone for their support and love. 💕

Varina athletics is excited to welcome Coach Barnett to the ROUTE 5 family. Coach Barnett will serve as the new head cheer coach. Coach Barnett brings NATIONAL championship pedigree. Also joins the staff is Coach Hodge and Coach Kinton.
