Hot on the heels of the recent launch of our Grief Kind Space at Leeds Rhinos, rugby legend Jamie Peacock is supporting us once again, by running the London Marathon on Sunday, 21st April.
Jamie has been an Ambassador for us since 2019, raising thousands of pounds for our care.

We are opening a Sue Ryder Grief Kind Space at the Leeds Rhino stadium on Tuesday, 23rd April.

We want to say a big thank you to Amber Renaud, who has raised more than £2,600 for our care! Easter Sunday saw Adele and 22 friends and family take on a 10-mile walk in memory of her mum, Adele. They began at our hospice and ended in Otley.

We want to say a big thank you to Tony Geary, who used his captaincy year at Woodhall Hills Golf Club to raise a fantastic £1343,30 for our hospice. Thank you to him and Woodhall Hills Golf Club for their continued support.

It was all aboard at this year’s Narrow Gauge North event, which raised over £3,000 for our vital care!

Superstar supporter 9-year-old Harry has completed an epic challenge for us by walking a mile a day in February in memory of his great-grandmother Freda, who we cared for in her final days. Harry has raised more than £1,030 for us!.

Superstar supporter Ray Chan has completed an epic 500km cycle challenge in the Dubai desert, raising vital funds for our hospice after we cared for his mum in her final days. He says, 'Life’s all about taking yourself out of your comfort zone.”
