While I was in Albany, my hard-working COS Rick Malone made it out to the College Point Civic & Taxpayers Association to deliver a much-deserved Proclamation to Brock Weiner & to discuss our efforts in Albany.

Yesterday, I stood alongside a bipartisan group of Assemblymembers and Senators to announce my legislation to combat EBT fraud. Criminals are targeting the most vulnerable among us and this common sense legislation aims to put an end to that.

“We have a family upstairs that’s devastated. We have police officers in this hallway who have lost a brother. It has to end now.”

My heart goes out to the family of PO Diller. He made the ultimate sacrifice & we owe him our gratitude. The world may have dimmed with his loss, but his memory will brighten it.
