Tweetbot for iΟS : This is excellent in discussing the juxtaposition — and frankly, hypocrisy — of the public comments of police versus public actions. twitter.com/byjoelanderson…

TweetDeck : Anthony D I mean, shit, Franklin Templeton — which has like 700 billion-plus in assets it manages — can do it, as they showed last week when they fired the woman who called the cops on the guy in the park. This one shouldn’t be hard for anyone.

TweetDeck : It’s not a “weird spot” to be in favor of human and civil rights. This shouldn’t be a controversy. It’s actually pretty easy on this one. Stand up for your players, a majority of whom are black and have had to deal with the injustice is being protested here at one time or another twitter.com/BDavisAAS/stat…

Tweetbot for iΟS : Ben Koo FWIW, I’m a fan of the site and appreciate what you guys do at AA. But yeah, I think of our fan base a bit differently. Been shown too many times that most OSU fans care most about the name on the front of the jersey, not the back. Don’t think there will be that much hate.

iPhone : Also, it didn’t go unnoticed to me today that Chris Holtmann was among the first coaches I saw this morning making a strong statement regarding the George Floyd murder. That’s the sign of a strong program that is about the right things. Proud of Ohio State hoops tonight.

Tweetbot for iΟS : Yesterday, incoming Ohio State transfer Seth Towns graduated from Harvard. Today, he apparently got detained by police for protesting racism and inequality. That’s a great young man that Ohio State should be proud to root for next year. twitter.com/11W/status/126…

Tweetbot for iΟS : We must hold one another accountable. We (non-black people) must get to work. We must educate ourselves on the history of oppression and discrimination and how it continues today so we can be better allies and advocate for a better future. We can and must do better.

Tweetbot for iΟS : Finished the day out by donating to the Brooklyn Bail Fund. Would suggest people do the same to help those standing in protest of racism and injustice tonight. brooklynbailfund.org/donate

TweetDeck : In addition to watching folks like us during the Three Man Weave 24-hour marathon, please go donate to the charity they’re raising money for, Project C.U.R.E. Here is their link: gofundme.com/f/3MW-campaign…

Match the $50 I just donated! twitter.com/3MW_CBB/status…

TweetDeck : This is a great resource if you’re trying to figure out how and where to start to support your African-American friends as they continue to face systemic injustice. twitter.com/MsPackyetti/st…

TweetDeck : Marcus wrote the hell out of this. Think it’s one of the best pieces of writing we’ve ever had on the site. twitter.com/ThompsonScribe…

TweetDeck : The NBA’s owners meet w/Adam Silver today, as the league moves toward re-opening. But, George Floyd lies dead, along with other black people. And so I’m not all that keen on being We Need Sports Back right now. Reporting & thoughts, in The Athletic NBA: bit.ly/2M7iEVh

TweetDeck : Hey, the guys over at the Weave are some of my favorite folks in basketball media. Go help them out. twitter.com/3MW_CBB/status…
