Seems to confirm an existing body of evidence suggesting that immigration increases the total size of economies, but that the effects on per capita GDP (and average wages) are rather marginal, with higher incomes tend to benefit most and the lowest incomes sometimes losing out.

Evidence-based policy on migration? Not much evidence for that, is there?
