Great week in Mexico even though I had to keep in touch with work each day. Here’s the view from my “office”

I don’t always get to DC, but when I do, I like running at the tidal basin! Post run ice cream was a treat!

Perfect running weather today. Slow and steady long run based on easy heart rate and tired legs to close out a 70 mile week. Rest day on deck!

Great runcation weekend in Vegas. Fantastic food, shows, and running on the strip at night with 20k people.
