Just been to the gym and realised a) I much prefer classes b) I don’t really know what I’m doing in the gym c) I don’t push myself. Should have gone for a walk in the beautiful sunshine instead!

I had the last coaching sessions for two of my clients this week. Always a mix of feelings. Space for new coaching relationships but will also miss supporting them. Not to say they won’t ever come back but our work together, for now, has come to an end.

Just went to a weights class. I always felt a bit of an outsider at the gym but have started to get to know the instructors & fellow exercisers. Had a chat with a fellow mum about our boys, said Happy Birthday to Keith who is 68 today. Exercise ✅ community connection ✅
