Today, I watched our staff engage in learning walks & PD that required vulnerability, self-reflection and moving past their 'itchy' feeling, in order to have discussions & collaboration on how we continue to grow together. Today, so many showed their leadership.

I love starting PD Week with team building. Our Early Education Center staff put their engineering, collaboration, and communication skills to work today as they completed the Marshmallow Spaghetti Challenge.
