Thanks Jetstar Airways for ruining the start of our honeymoon by cancelling our flight after we'd arrived at the airport. The highlight was the staff member who clearly didn't care. Said we can't claim back the accom money we've lost. He just shrugged and said 'it's jetstar' 😒
