People with doctors won't even fill it out for them in many cases. Our income and paperwork is tied to our health when there is barely a public health system left.

Kamal Khera You're killing disabled people & you know it. The #CanadaDisabilityBenefit was supposed to offset eugenicist #MAiD deaths due to legislated poverty. This doesn't lift disabled ppl out of poverty, nor does it even address the inflation over the 1300 days waiting so far. Murderers.

Quick DTC facts: Although hard to get, anyone with a disability can theoretically get the DTC. It's a tax credit that helps at tax time if you work, but you don't need to work/have a work history to receive it. CPPD is separate from the DTC and you don't need a DTC to get CPPD.

It took the Feds and society about 19 seconds to decide that $2000/mo was the bare minimum to support able bodied people with CERB during the pandemic.
