Talent that, under stress, become coach killers, program killers, culture killers.

Part of building a great culture is protecting that culture by who you let in. Talent matters but character is the difference maker.

During the spring eval/contact period, this is where you want to get in front of as many colleges as you can.

Why? You won’t be able to get to 30 different colleges. Get seen in one spot, get feedback, and figure out your summer camp schedule based on that feedback/interest.
