Great news! The Senate just passed legislation that releases state funding to Lincoln University and other state-related universities.

We are now one step closer to getting this much needed funding to our schools and I am grateful to our passionate student leaders for their advocacy.

Please be advised that Berwyn Baptist Road is closed at Devon State Road until approximately 3:30 today for emergency road repairs.

Apprenticeship programs help train workers in fulfilling career paths with family sustaining wages.

During National Apprenticeship Week and every week, I’m glad to support apprenticeship programs in both traditional and non-traditional fields in Chester County and across PA.

Lincoln deserves full funding, now.

I was glad to welcome students from Lincoln University to the Senate as they completed their 66 mile march to Harrisburg calling on the legislature to release their funding.

Let’s get this bill passed, support our students, and fully fund Lincoln.
