What an eventful day! Thank you Guru Nanak Sikh Academy for hosting the last seminar of the Alan Senitt Upstanders Leadership Programme. It was inspirational taking part in the educational activity for each school and learning about how students plan to raise awareness & tackle hate! ππΌ

Another seminar completed! Thank you Nower Hill High School for hosting us today. 41 students presented their project ideas today tackling homelessness, Misogyny and sexism, supporting carers & providing opportunities for young people to combat crime and gang activity. ππΌ
Eventful day Watford Grammar School for Boys for the second seminar of our leadership programme Alan Senitt Memorial Trust. We canβt wait to see the final projects by our participants! The students chose to tackle ageism, gender and disability stereotypes, as well as, anti-Asian hate. π«
Who said the snow will stop us? Today 40 students are taking part in The Alan Senitt Upstanders Leadership Programme at Copthall School to explore how they can support communities and combat discrimination. βοΈ βοΈ
The Alan Senitt Upstanders Leadership Programme is back! We wanted to share an image from our students visiting Yavneh Collegeβs synagogue to learn about Jewish practice and festivals! π 80 students in total will be trained to deliver social action projects. ππΌ
3 assemblies were delivered this week Copthall School, Kantor King Solomon & Watford Grammar School for Boys to launch The Alan Senitt Upstanders Leadership Programme! Canβt wait to train our next cohort of 80 Community Upstanders! π₯³
