I've seen 💯DungeonofGainz💯, Jeromy Bryk | Strength+Physique Coach💯, and 💯DOOKS💯| Gym F*ckery Specialist lifting these dumbbells. Here's my incline dumbbell press. I missed my inclined bench press this week, so I made up for it. 😁

I don't usually overhead press with my shoes off, but it happens. A close grip overhead press for 2 sets of 8 reps, and the last set I hit it for 10.

Some banded bench press. 120kg/264lbs and then two sets with 140kg/308lbs. All sets were for 5 reps.
There was a couple warm-up sets before going to work with the bands.

Today's shoulders training had us hit 80kg/176lbs for 3 reps over 8 sets. I shortened the breaks between sets to 2 minutes. #OverheadPress #Shoulders

There is always going to be an obstacle that gets in your way.
For now, the obstacle in my way is this weight. I can squat this weight for a couple reps, BUT starting down here.
It's my job to figure out needs to be done to move this weight. #ChallengeAccepted
My man Justin trains like an idiot suggested to me to do another squat variation; the Anderson squat. As usual; I did it.
I can see myself doing this variation again.
At this height I can wedge myself under the bar at lower weight to move.
