I’ve been posting Lucy Grossmiths paintings a long time. Her work is loved by many folk and you could buy it from John Lewis. I didn’t realise but I think she was born and grew up in the area I live …Horncastle but she lives in Sussex now having married Daniel Grossmith.

Very nice bloke produced a clear plastic bag at the end of our journey. Into it he put, 2 empty beer cans, the 2 sandwiches wrappings and 3 napkins.
As I got off the train I saw him hunting for a rubbish bag.
Then later, searching the platform where all rubbish bins were locked

A man in a North Face jacket was having a loud, hands-free phone call on the opposite platform, pacing up and down as if he was presenting a TED Talk. I heard the word 'functionality' and sighed. Then he disappeared onto a train and a rainbow appeared.
